Karolina Adams Headshot.jpg

Karolina Adams is an Arizona artist working in ink and graphite. Her work has been described as introspective and sophisticated. An introvert by nature, she said drawing became her alternative to talking out her issues.  Adams says "I’m not a very graceful speaker.  My conversations are messy, I run in circles with my ideas, and trip over my words.  When I draw, I’m clean, minimal, and to the point."

Adams studied Interior Architecture at Columbia College, Chicago IL, and graduated with a B.F.A.  She spent a few years working in the field before returning to art full time.

She has presented her work in solo and group exhibitions in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Illinois. Adams’ work can be found in public installations and private collections throughout the US, Europe, and Asia.

Her work, She Tempe, was selected as part of a Tempe, AZ, downtown beautification project. She was also a featured artist at the Tempe Festival of the Arts.
